    How to get the support info that you want and offer us more details?

    1, Please click SUPPORT project and find out your device according to the product model number sticker on back of device or color box.
    Usually we set FAQ group for one kind of products, and they are for the frequent problems. And you need to go to the product single web page if you want to download drivers, application software and manual. 
    After you done above step, and can't solve the problem by yourself, please send us e-mail.

    2, When you write mail, please offer us information as below. Of course, it will be more helpful if you offer us more details. 
    - Product model number (It's on model number sticker, and sticker is on back of product or color box, it's very important) 
    - Connection photo (With video source, record or convert device, computer or TV or storage) 
    - Problem photos with literal statement (Includes LED status, what appears you, how about display video or listening sound, how about recorded video or audio, before problem happen and when problem happen. And hardware device name for driver installation, etc)
